  1. Site Assessment & Engineering Design
  • Leak type and parameters identified (fluid, pressure, temperature, pipe material, geometry)
  • Custom clamp or enclosure designed to encapsulate the leak area safely
  1. Clamp / Enclosure Fabrication
  • High-strength steel or alloy enclosures fabricated to exact pipeline dimensions
  • Incorporates sealant injection ports, pressure relief valves, and thermal expansion allowances
  1. Installation on Live System
  • Specialized technicians install enclosures on pressurized lines without shutdown
  • Torque-controlled bolting and non-sparking tools used to ensure safety
  1. Injection of Proprietary Sealants
  • High-viscosity sealants injected under pressure to displace leaking media and cure in-situ
  • Multiple injection points ensure full encapsulation of leak path
  1. Testing & Certification
  • Leak-sealed zone pressure-tested and certified
